Nicole Kelly MSc RGN founded SOS Aesthetics with a passion for combining clinical expertise with natural-looking aesthetic results. With over 10 years of healthcare experience and advanced training in aesthetics, Nicole takes a personalised approach to every consultation and treatment plan.

Having personally suffered with acne and acne scarring for much of her life, Nicole understands first-hand the impact that skin concerns can have on confidence and self-esteem. Her own journey sparked a passion for skin health and rejuvenation, leading her to develop extensive knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and evidence-based aesthetic procedures designed to improve both skin quality and confidence.

Her philosophy is simple: aesthetic treatments should enhance your natural features, improve confidence and never compromise safety. By combining a detailed understanding of facial anatomy with a commitment to ongoing professional development, Nicole strives to deliver results that are subtle, balanced and tailored to each individual.

Fiona Harkin is an experienced Independent Nurse Prescriber and Aesthetic Practitioner with over 40 years of nursing experience across both the NHS and private healthcare sectors. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of clinical roles, developing extensive knowledge, expertise and a strong commitment to patient-centred care.

Fiona trained in aesthetic medicine on London's renowned Harley Street over 15 years ago and has continued to advance her knowledge and skills within the rapidly evolving aesthetics industry. Her wealth of clinical experience, combined with her prescribing qualifications, enables her to provide safe, ethical and evidence-based patient care.

Passionate about aesthetics and skin health, Fiona believes in achieving natural-looking results that enhance confidence while maintaining each client's unique features. She is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, clinical governance and professional practice.

As part of the SOS Aesthetics team, Fiona works alongside Nicole Kelly and our GMC-registered doctor to support safe prescribing and deliver exceptional patient care across our clinics in St Albans, Harpenden and the Wirral.
