This nurse-led treatment is used to smooth out fine lines and wrinkles on the face. A medically prescribed protein derivative called botulinum toxin is injected into the muscles of the face, resulting in reduced contraction. We use a revolutionary 36-needle device; these needles glide over the skin, creating tiny channels through controlled trauma. Skin boosters are injectables that improve skin texture, elasticity, hydration and overall appearance. Treatment involves injecting hyaluronic acid (HA) which is a soft, gel-like substance under the skin, which improves the skin’s elasticity, firmness and radiance, giving an overall skin quality. Skin boosters are often called “skin quality” as they improve and enhance the overall quality and health of the skin. Skin boosters are used on the face, neck, hands, décolletage, and undereye area.
We also use polynucleotides, which work as a stimulator, it is a substance derived from salmon DNA, This has been proven to combat the signs of ageing. It also works well in the tear trough (under eye) area to lighten dark circles and thicken the dermis. The brands we use are Vitaran, Lumi Eyes, SDNA and others.

We use hyaluronic-based skin boosters, which is a substance that naturally occur within our skin. The reduction in hyaluronic acid is what causes our skin to age. We use various brands such as Profhilo, Jalupro, and Seventy Hyal to name a few.
Chemical exfoliation is a very effective anti-ageing treatment that results in skin rejuvenation by using a chemical solution derived from plants to remove the outermost layer of skin. Skin conditions such as fine lines, acne, scarring, rosacea, and pigmentation are also effectively treated with skin peels. An intralipotherapy designed to treat localised pockets of fat. The active ingredient Sodium Deoxycholate dissolves the areas of fat which are difficult to lose via traditional routes such as exercise and diet.

DesoFace or DesoBody are injected into fatty areas where they liquefy fat cells, destroying them permanently. Fats are then eliminated naturally by the kidneys. Each treatment will take up to eight weeks to show the full result. Larger areas will require between three and six sessions (one every two months) to see optimal results.
When you visit the clinic for your consultation, we will discuss your areas of concern and medical history with you to assess whether this treatment is suitable for you. If it is appropriate, we will recommended a personalized treatment plan, or alternative treatment, as well as answer any of the questions you still have.
The areas for injection will be marked and cleaned and the injections are done with a very small thin but long needle. You will barely be able to feel the needle but the product has a local anaesthetic mixed into it so the procedure will not be painful. The whole procedure will take approximately 30-45 minutes.
You will feel some discomfort afterwards. There will be some redness and swelling as the fat cells start to be dissolve. The redness and swelling is normal and to be expected and will improve after a couple of days. Please try to keep the injection sites dry for at least six hours and wear supportive clothing for comfort. Otherwise, you can get on with your day as normal.
